The shipping costs for USA are automatically calculated once a painting has been added to the basket. For all other countries please contact me by email to discuss shipping. For local deliveries I am happy to arrange a personal delivery for free!

At the moment, I am not shipping to Europe as it’s unclear what extra charges will be made to customers and I don’t want you to have unexpected fees for VAT, customs or handling charges.

Payment is taken through PayPal in United States Dollars. If you would like to arrange another payment method, please contact me at thersman.art@gmail.com.

I want you to be happy with your new artwork so if a painting is not as you expect you have 7 days to contact me at thersman.art@gmail.com and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed you are responsible for packing and arranging a return delivery within 14 days. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days. At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product sent outside of the USA.

All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive work that has been damaged in transit please contact me within 7 days and if possible keep a photograph of the damage.
